Wallet Friendly Restorations and Property Services was born out of a simple frustration — homeowners in Northern Michigan deserve quality work at prices that actually make sense. We’ve been proving that honest, skilled trades work doesn’t have to cost a small fortune. From full renovations and flooring to property management and camper hauling — if you need it, we handle it.
Jerry has always been wired to learn. Every few years throughout his career, he’d master a trade — flooring, construction, maintenance, you name it — reach the top of it, and then feel the pull toward something new. Blue-collar work ran through everything he did, and that restlessness built something most contractors can’t offer: real, hands-on experience across nearly every trade a home could need.
The one constant through all of it was floors. He kept doing restorations and installations on the side no matter what career chapter he was in. And it was there — in those side jobs — that clients started asking the question that changed everything: “While you’re here, can you also…?”
Turns out, he could. Every time. And Wallet Friendly was born.

Jerry is the heart of every job. With decades of hands-on experience across nearly every blue-collar trade, his skill set is rare — but what sets him apart isn’t just what he knows. It’s how he shows up.
He listens. He genuinely cares about what a client wants and works hard to deliver not just what they asked for, but what they actually deserve. He’s the kind of tradesman who will tell you honestly if something is outside your budget — and mean it. He’ll warn you if a supplier’s materials don’t meet the standard your project deserves. He’ll say “I can’t do that” before he’d ever do it wrong.
In a trade full of people who tell you what you want to hear, Jerry just tells you the truth. And then he does the work.
Amber- Operations
The business brain behind everything. Scheduling, invoicing, client communications, social media, legal compliance, and the systems that keep it all running — if it happens behind the scenes, it’s handled. The goal is always the same: make sure every client feels taken care of from the first message to the final walkthrough.
Tajh-Flooring & Structural Services He’s been on job sites since he was 13 — so by now, floors are second nature. He runs his own carpet installation business that works alongside Wallet Friendly, expanding what we can offer clients. Currently, he’s deepening his expertise into foundation inspections, moisture detection, sump pumps, and structural integrity — because a beautiful floor means nothing if what’s underneath isn’t solid.
NaTavia -Property Cleaning Services Northern Michigan is where people come to get away — and our clients who vacation here shouldn’t have to spend that time cleaning. NaTavia handles property cleanings so that when clients arrive, everything is ready and waiting. Because a vacation should feel like one.
